Established in November 2021, PT. Kenndo Fisheries Indonesia (KFI) is the first of its kind to successfully develop octopus fishing grounds in the waters around South Sulawesi and to produce/market octopus products of Japanese quality.
We realize stable supply of high quality frozen fresh octopus raw materials and processed octopus products to octopus consuming countries such as Japan, Europe, and the U.S., as well as to the domestic market in Indonesia.

We have established trusting partnerships with the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, provincial and municipal governments, and state-owned fishery companies, and are in a unique position to provide a stable supply of raw materials that sets us apart from our competitors.
Experts in the fisheries industry including octopus and overseas business consultants, who have been involved in the project from the outset, have promoted the project, steadily building and expanding KFI’s business.
Introduced fishing and preservation methods to maintain freshness and quality
Installed a complete set of equipment necessary for octopus processing, including rub barrels and steaming machines, in its own factory.
