Educate fishermen and suppliers on fishing methods and transportation methods that preserve freshness

Process

01

Raw material delivery

We instruct collectors to keep the product fresh by adding plenty of ice until transported to the factory.

02

Sorting / Deleting guts

Raw materials are sorted by the quality control manager. Substandard octopuses are not accepted and returned.

03

Washing / Weighing

Each fish is rinsed with water to remove dirt and smudges, and then weighed by size. All raw materials are weighed 7% more.

04

Freezing

After weighing, the octopus is placed in a pan lined with a bag.
After quick freezing(-35 to 40℃), the octopus is stored in a freezer until shipping.
